9.0− veel lawaai en chaos in de lobby door te harde, muziek
Amazing stay at the Hoxton, well worth the money
10.0The property design is simply amazing, I loved how social the lobby was, didn't feel like a typical lobby, but more like a lounge I loved the furniture, the radio in the room, the station on said radio (Relax) The rooms were clean, and I saw two because we were in a group I loved the wood flooring and leather headboard with wooden bed frame, easy to clean and maintain The bathroom and showerhead were top notch, I wish I had that at home. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast downstairs was WELL worth it! Overall a 12/10 Stay. Keep it up, I'll be back
− Not a damn thing. No complaints
Brilliant location
10.0Fantastic place to stay. Staff are amazing.
− Nothing
It's fine, but expected more for the price
7.0Adequate.
− Small room, furniture showing signs of wear, downstairs had a bit of a smell.
Stylish hotel, great atmosphere—but the Shoebox room is far smaller than the photos suggest.
5.0I was not there long enough to utilize the hotels facilities.
− I’ve stayed at many Hoxton hotels over the years, so I was looking forward to my stay in Rome. Overall, it’s a good hotel with the stylish design and lively atmosphere I’ve come to expect from the brand. My biggest disappointment was the “Shoebox” room. I understand it’s designed to be compact, but I genuinely felt a little misled by the photos. They make the room appear larger than it is, and the bed looked like a standard double or queen. In reality, the room is extremely small, and the bed felt much narrower than expected. I chose not to pay for an upgrade because I assumed “small” meant cozy, I had to pretend I was aboard the Orient Express, making the most of every inch of space. Perhaps the marketing should be a little more transparent. If you’re going to call it a “Shoebox,” lean into the joke completely—maybe rename it the “Harry Potter Under the Stairs” room! At least then guests would know exactly what they’re booking. That said, the staff were friendly, the common areas were excellent, and I’d happily stay at The Hoxton again—I’d just book a larger room next time.
Nice Hotel in a Nice Location
9.0I really enjoyed my stay here. The vibe was youthful and fun. The hotel was in a residential area of the city, yet still close to the main attractions. The room was cute and functional. The staff were helpful and the restaurant served good food! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.
− I wish there was a gym, but I walked so much that I got in my daily exercise.
