9.0Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Vriendelijk ontvangst, ruime kamer die dagelijks meermaals werd schoongemaakt. Heerlijk zwembad met grootste gedeelte van de dag zon. Ontbijt is à la carte met genoeg keuzes en goede porties. Lekkere spa met goede massages. Locatie is ook erg prettig midden in Ubud.
− Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en attent, maar de service voelde soms wat overdadig, waardoor je als gast het gevoel kon krijgen voortdurend in de gaten gehouden te worden en minder ongestoord van je verblijf kon genieten.

Mouldy room - choose different place if you’re sensitive
2.0Staff was very friendly
− The room smelled of mould and we are both super sensitive to it. We both noticed how it impacted our breathing and energy levels so it was def there - luckily we only stayed one night, else we would have had to move. They tried to cover up the smell with room freshener but as anyone sensitive to mold knows it’s still impacting us plus the extra chemical blast. The staff is aware of it and there’s a dehumidifier in the room with a note „switch on when it smells of mold“ 🙄 It should not be rented out before that’s fixed

10.0I had such a wonderful experience at Purana Suite! I initially booked just one night during a day trip to Ubud, but I loved it so much that when I returned to Ubud, I decided to stay longer, and it was definitely the best decision! Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Ubud, this was by far my favorite. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always easy to communicate with. As a female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, and the entire hotel had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little oasis. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! And be sure to add breakfast to your stay it was gourmet 10 out of 10 no complaints and they even bring it to your room!
