10.0We booked a private villa, and from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The welcome drink was delicious, and one of the lovely ladies even put beautiful flowers in my hair. Everything was amazing — the course dinner, the pool, the floating breakfast, and the spa. Each experience was truly wonderful. But what impressed us the most was the kindness of every single person working at the hotel. Everyone greeted us warmly, and whenever we needed help, even with the smallest things, they were always there for us right away. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, and it made us realize that choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. We are so happy that we had the chance to stay here. Thank you for making our stay so special and unforgettable. We would definitely love to come back again someday! ♡
Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und außergewöhnlich aufmerksamem Personal – leider wurde unser Aufenthal
8.0Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, bieten viel Platz und ausreichend Ablageflächen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch das große, schöne Badezimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Insgesamt habe ich mich im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – bereits nach einem Tag kannten sie unsere Namen, was ich als besonders aufmerksam empfunden habe.
− Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung übersehen, dass das Hotel an einer stark frequentierten Straße liegt. Der Verkehr gehört dadurch zum Alltag und war auch nachts deutlich zu hören. Zusätzlich fanden während unseres Aufenthalts Renovierungsarbeiten direkt im Hotel statt, und auch am Gebäude nebenan wurde gebaut. Dadurch hatten wir leider den typischen Bali-Sound aus Verkehr und Baustellenlärm, sodass es insbesondere tagsüber schwierig war, den Pool wirklich zu genießen. Ich hatte die Rezeption gebeten, die Arbeiten für eine Stunde zu pausieren, und das wurde sehr freundlich ermöglicht. Das möchte ich ausdrücklich positiv hervorheben. Natürlich kann das Hotel weder etwas für den Straßenverkehr noch für eine länger andauernde Baustelle – und möglicherweise sind die Renovierungsarbeiten inzwischen auch abgeschlossen. Da ich mich während unseres Aufenthalts allerdings nicht ganz fit gefühlt und mir vor allem Ruhe gewünscht hatte, war die Geräuschkulisse für mich persönlich leider ein deutlicher Minuspunkt.

9.0The personal were very friendly and helpfull. The food was very good! We also took a cooking lesson at the bistro and after that we eat everything that we made ourself. We learned so much and everything was well prepared. And it was fun to do! The hotel was located on the busy street in the centre, easy to walk everywhere. Inside the hotel it was very quiet. The athmosphere was very relaxed. We enjoyed the swimmingpool, the lovely plants and we had a very good bed to sleep in. We had a wonderful stay!
