− Understanding of dietary requirements was weak. I put in my booking form that I was coeliac, told them again at check in, told staff at each meal, and I was still given food I couldn't eat on two occasions I am aware of. I mentioned this feedback at check out, and the staff member I spoke to encouraged me to let them know in check in in future, and I was a bit put out because I had already done that numerous times.

9.0Amazing room. Staff were soo friendly and helpful. Epic breakfast. Amazing pool. Pristine gardens. Close to airport. Super relaxing. Great meals and great value at the restaurant
− Noisy air con. Some more balls would be good as there was only one flat football. Shuttle driver not helpful when arriving at airport. Beer was quite expensive. Beach out the front isn't really a swimming beach. They need to get some battery powered lawn mowers as the petrol lawn mowers are very noisy
