1.0Honestly the only thing I liked was being able to get on a boat and go to the boardwalk
− The whole experience First off waiting in line to check in was horrible, I was next in line and they let 3 other people go in front of me. You cant find anyone to ask questions I had to make 6 trips back and forth carrying my luggage up to my room, noone greeted me or offered to help. Theres nothing dolphiny about the dolphin hotel no pictures in the room no dolphin decorations nothing, very disappointing especially for the price I had to pay Anyways just a horrible experience and I would have rather went somewhere else.
Good location what for conventions
6.0Location and staff, front of house were lovely, bar staff a bit mixed, staff in fuel great
− Hated the fact that the bar of an evening was constantly full with convention guests . Loud, crowded and no seating
Not a good 4 day stay.
7.0It was close to all the Disney parks
− The door on my room kept having issues even the white sensor thing for the card came off, when we got there the balcony had trash , I had left my crocs behind and I waited like 20 min for them to try to find them but I had to drive back to Tampa and I was gonna get stuck in traffic so they said they could send them and now they’re trying to charge me 70 to ship them back !!

8.0The room was ready early and i was able to check in early which i was very grateful for.
− I went to the burger restaurant and was surprised how untidy it was with dirty crockery stacked on the tables and food on the floor for a while before been cleaned up, I was also really cold in my room even after turning off the air conditioning and although it was a very rainy day i could not get warm and ended up getting into bed where i was still cold.
