Weekend in Rome
8.0Staff were great and very helpful. Lovely, room close to most attractions. We were on half board basis, no issues at breakfast and there is plenty of variety to choose from. Check before you sit down for dinner though, we were charged for the evening meal even though it was included in our price. The reception staff were very helpful in sorting this out. My main issue here is at checkout we were asked to pay an optional €25 each as a tip for the staff. We had already given tips out to most staff during our stay and there is a service charge on everything (no issue with that) but to then get asked for a further payment seems a little excessive in my opinion, hence I didn't pay it. It wouldn't stop me returning to this hotel, overall a great experience with a couple of minor tweaks needed.

10.0Friendly room and concierge services provided the ultimate vacation experience. The quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and all the crew members were so kind that I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Rome.

The surrounding area is pleasant with a lovely atmosphere, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The property fully lives up to its 5-star rating, featuring elegant decor, premium facilities and sophisticated common areas that deliver a luxurious stay experience. However, housekeeping service leaves much to be desired.

Toiletries and bathroom amenities were not restocked promptly after being used, which is disappointing for a high-end five-star hotel. It would be great if the cleaning team could double-check supplies during daily turndown service.
