10.0This is already our 2nd time visiting BWP Sonasea. The best staff&service and great location to travel. We will definitely choose BWP Sonasea without hesitation for our next trip to PQC.

A disappointing start completely turned around by Andrew
10.0The three-bedroom villa was excellent, spacious and comfortable, and completely changed our experience. The resort itself has great potential and good facilities, though as a whole Vietnam is still behind with customer service. Special recognition to Andrew from Guest Relations, who genuinely listened to our concerns, took action and turned a disappointing start into a very enjoyable stay. Thala spa was amazing!
− The original 3 bedroom suite was very outdated despite being one of the top room categories. We experienced faulty TVs, master bedroom AC issues, an unexpectedly shared toilet, algae around the pool corners and a sewage smell around the pool area. I also developed a skin rash which I suspected was from the bedding. The rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, late-night room service is very limited, and airport transfer times are not flexible. Breakfast looks impressive with a large spread, but the actual options are quite repetitive. Our initial concerns were also not handled well until Andrew stepped in on the second day.
