10.0The service was exceptional. The concierge was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange last-minute tours for us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Overall, we were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.
− There are limited things to do near the hotel, and the surrounding area is not particularly nice. There isn’t much within walking distance, and the area behind the hotel appears quite run-down and neglected. This made it less convenient to explore the area on foot

What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt at home from the moment we walked through the door.
