Convenient location not worth the frustration and lack of customer service.
2.0The location
− Check in was a nightmare with only one staff member at reception during prime check in time. When we finally got our key, someone was already booked in that room. Then, when we got in the lobby at midnight for an overseas flight, we were gouged on the price of water—almost doubling from the afternoon price. We were then told we could go back to our room and order one via room service for free. We had already checked out. Not to Novatel standards at all.

9.0La cercania con el aeropuerto. Buena atencion del personal. El bufet del restaurante es muy bueno y variado y el servicio de lavanderia es excelente.
− Mucho ruido,, al parecer hacen eventos por las noches y resulta molesto e incomodo cuanfo tienes un vuelo al dia siguiente. Tambien es incomodo la seguridad excesiva al ingresar al hotel.
