10.0I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the customer service. In particular, Tahar at reception was extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’d like to say a special thank you to Tahar for his outstanding service.
