Great Experience
10.0I loved the hotel and I will be back. The location is amazing. you are right in the middle of everything downtown Miami has to offer. you can walk everywhere. Hotel is very nice. Restaurant was great. Pool is welcoming. Staff was great.

10.0I know my review may not mean much- The people with the personalities of Ashley at the front desk that I come across are what I believe are the cornerstones of hospitalities leisure travels. The staff at this hotel are top tier, and it feels like an international hotel as soon as you walk into the front door. Top tier choice- convenience of location.

− Taking extra money as holding fee compared to what I was told initially when I checked in. Also adding breakfast to my bill even though we had be reassured the evening before that it would be complimentary
Daughters 21
10.0We had Ana along time at the Intercontinental this past weekend. We treated like royalty as we celebrated our daughter 21st birthday. From the Bellman in the entrance of the hotel, to the concierge Eduardo Rosello who went out of his way to ad extra treats for my daughter in our room. Always with a huge smile and very attentive to our needs. The staff in the 29th floor was phenomenal as well. Overall an amazing weekend and can’t wait to plan our next trip!!
