9.0Excellent location. Short walk to markets and lots of cafes and shops. The staff were all very happy and made you feel welcome. Always happy to help.
− Because of the location there is alot of music at night. Ears plugs may be necessary. Very peaceful during the day.

An exceptional hotel that felt like paradise.
10.0The hotel is exceptionally beautiful with exotic plants, a swimming pool and pretty footbridge. Our deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable with a generous sized terrace with table, chairs and swing chair. Staff were extremely friendly and used our first names, making us feel so welcome. Breakfast was set in a pretty area and there was a good choice of dishes. There is a spa and we had a good Bali massage. The location is superb.

10.0Très belles grandes chambres, lits très confortables. Hôtel très bien situé, à mi chemin entre le Palais d'Ubud et la forêt de singes, proche des restaurants, des bars, des boutiques et à côté d'un ATM. Le personnel est extêmement gentil, la cuisine est excellente et très joliment présentée. La piscine est belle, les transats très confortables, tout est très bien décoré. L'endroit est calme bien qu'à deux pas d'une rue animée et passante.
− La piscine est un peu petite et l'agencement des lieux ne permet pas d'ajouter des transats, sauf peut-être sur les terrasses des grandes chambres du rez-de-chaussée, à la place de la chaise suspendue? Cela permettrait aux clients de ces chambres d'utiliser leurs transats au lieu de ceux de la piscine et de laisser ces derniers aux clients des chambres situées aux étages supérieurs ou éloignées de la piscine. Quand on ne reste que peu de temps, il serait plus facile d'avoir quelque chose pour poser sa valise et la laisser ouverte plutôt que de la laisser par terre.
